Biography

Mark Hernandez is a 20 year old Laguna based visual artist/ Electronics, Communication and Engineering student cartoonist from university publication called PNC Herald. With over a quarter of his life exploring the world of arts, this led him to create his own vision, honed his skills and gave him moments of epiphany to know his deeper self and passion in a better perspective. He was the illustration artist of a book called “Unholy Endeavor”, the cover design artist of independent press UK magazine and currently working on various art pieces for press journalism while passionately painting his own styles. His subjects were mostly human and behavior wherein he used pretty much everything as his medium that I could see and create something with, like oil pastels, pencil, pen and ink. He still aims to create works that could provide a major impact in his life and others' with the help of his  imagination. His works can be easily identified due to its consistency of theme with subject of people, feeling and behavior being flaunted in his creations. In addition, these illustrations mainly depict the themes about life, curiosity, teenage experiences,  positivity and self care.
