Rochelle "Cher" Cabula-Mendoza
Rochelle "Cher" Cabula-Mendoza is a practicing freelance Interior Designer who graduated from the University of the Philippines, where she strengthened her skills in the arts and learned art theories. She is a managing partner of a construction drawing outsourcing business, which occupies most of her work days. Additionally, she is a blogger, calligrapher, and watercolorist. She also supports several animal and environmental advocacies. Currently, she is an active member of the Philippine Guild of Watercolorists, where she has been elected to serve as the VP for Local Art Experiences until 2024.
Her works have been accepted into various International Watercolor Exhibitions, such as the 2021 International Pyrenees Watercolor Contest & Exhibition, the 2021 IWS Hemkanti Heart to Heart Exhibition, the 2021 JIWI International Watercolor Exhibition, the 2021 Autumn Malaysia International Online Juried Art Competition, the 2021 Vietnam International Watercolor Exhibit Fall, the 2021 PGW Hues of Hope 4th National Watercolor Convention Exhibition, the 2022 Fabriano in Acquarello, the 2022 Pagsibol PGW 5th National Watercolor Convention Exhibition, the 2022 Mismo sa Puso Exhibit in Gateway Gallery, the 2nd Anyong Tubig Exhibition in LRI Design Plaza (February 2023), and the recently held Flores de Mayo exhibit at LRI Design Plaza (June 2023). In the latter part of 2023, she participated in PGW's exhibits for the 6th National Watercolor Convention held at Capitol Commons East Wing and the Kumukutikutitap Juried Exhibit at Gateway Gallery.
