Teody M. Gaspar

Teody M. Gaspar is from Sibalom, Antique in the Western Visayas Region. He is a photographer and a Visual Artist. He likes to portray figurative subjects and he has also ventured into Comic Illustrations. He can paint using watercolor, acrylic and oil, but watercolor is his favorite medium because he is amazed by its unpredictable manner and challenging characteristics in terms of creating his works. He uses realism to create his works, but he also combines abstract elements in his pieces.

In 2004, he participated in group exhibits such as SUBAC (Art Center), Yacht Club, Olongapo Freeport Zone, and the Anita Gallery in Zambales. He was also the grand prize winner for Pan de Manila "Pamilyang Pilipino sa Gitna ng Pandemya" last 2020.. 

As an artist, he states "I am still learning and finding my identity in my works for my love of the Arts".
