Jerry de la Rosa is a self-taught artist, born in Bantay Ilocos Sur, He graduated with a degree of BS in Architecture at TIP Manila and worked as an Interior designer and CAD operator in his days. He is now a resident of Sampaloc Manila, currently with a business establishment. However, his passion for art has led him to also pursue a career as a painter. His preferred media consists of Watercolor and Acrylic painting. He has held exhibits in the International and Local Art scene. The subject matter of his works are inspired by Filipino food culture and places like Vigan; where his works inspired by the Burnay jars which gave him a break in International Art exhibition. He is also known for his still life paintings in watercolor. He is currently active in the international and local watercolor group.
