Aries Hernandez

Aries Hernandez, also known as Arz to his friends, was born on November 4, 1971. He received his primary and secondary education in Angono, Rizal, and later attended the Technological Institute of the Philippines. At a young age, he won various painting competitions and participated in an art workshop at U.P. Diliman under the guidance of Prof. Ferdinand Sena in 1991. He also assisted his late father, artist Cesar Hernandez, with mural paintings and sculptures.

From 2001 to 2005, Aries undertook commissioned paintings for affluent families in Binangonan and Angono, Rizal. Since 2014, he has been actively involved in different group exhibits, and his commissioned works have included mural paintings and sculptures for families, colleges, restaurants, and landmarks. These artworks can be found in various locations such as Parañaque, Laguna, Quezon City, and his hometown of Angono.
