Shipping and Returns Policy
We at drybrush endeavors to deliver your art in the most expedient way with utmost care. Once your order is confirmed and the purchase is completed, our team will right away initiate the shipping. By default, we will pack per the condition of the artwork as displayed in our gallery, unless the customer prefers another manner. Condition of the artwork can be framed, boxed type unframed, or rolled.
You will receive an email confirmation and text message when your artwork is shipped. Artworks for delivery to Metro Manila may be arranged in two days after confirming the order, subject to packing, and framing preferences of the buyer. Deliveries outside Metro Manila may take one to two weeks subject to third party carrier schedule.
Artworks for delivery outside the country may take two to four weeks.
Shipping costs are calculated when you place an order and are dependent on the delivery location and size of the artwork. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in the destination country.
Shipping cost and relevant fees are specified per artwork and customers can review these before checkout.
We take great care to ensure that the artwork you purchased is in good condition before shipping. In the unfortunate event that the artwork you received is damaged, please take a digital photo of and email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A representative from drybrush will contact you to discuss how to proceed.
Validated purchase returns are refunded in full, consistent with the original payment made: cash refunds are processed within five days while credit card refunds may take seven to fourteen working days depending on credit card cutoff.
