Who is drybrush?
drybrush is founded amidst the covid-19 pandemic, borne out of the intention of keeping the rhythm of art collection and infusing beauty and positivity in a gloomy and depressing time. Founders are long time art collectors who wish to share the joy of collecting with everyone.
How are the artworks authenticated?
We work directly with artists and galleries for all our artworks. We learn the history and inspiration behind each piece which we can share with our art collectors. We also provide a certificate of authenticity that exhibits the authority of the work by the artist and the work's provenance.
I want to view the artwork first. Can it be arranged?
Upon customer’s request, we can arrange viewing of selected artworks. Viewing will be done within Metro Manila area, and logistics going to the viewing location shall be to the account of the customer.
I have other questions about art in general or about specific piece in particular, how can I raise?
You may raise any questions through our website or you may email directly [email protected]. Our curator will get back to you in less than 24 hours. We will be glad to assist you on your inquiries.
When will my new artwork be delivered?
You will receive an email confirmation and text message when your artwork is shipped. Artworks for delivery to Metro Manila may be arranged in three days to five days after confirming the order, subject to packing and framing preferences of the buyer. Deliveries outside Metro Manila may take one to two weeks subject to third party carrier schedule.
Artworks for delivery outside the country may take two to four weeks.
For all deliveries, we execute with utmost care and pursue the most expedient means.
Can I reserve an artwork?
Artworks placed in the shopping cart are retained for one hour which serves as your reservation. Orders that remain unprocessed and unpaid after are reverted back to collection available for sale.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated when you place an order and are dependent on the delivery location and size of the artwork. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in the destination country.
Shipping cost and relevant fees are specified per artwork and customers can review these before checkout.
What if I receive a damaged artwork?
We take great care to ensure that the artwork you purchased is in good condition before shipping. In the unfortunate event that the artwork you received is damaged, please take a digital photo of and email them to us at [email protected]. A representative from drybrush will contact you to discuss how to proceed.
Are the artworks already framed?
Most of the artworks are already framed. Framing condition of each piece are specified on each artwork displayed. Drybrush recommends unframed condition for deliveries outside the country to minimize shipping cost.
How do I know if an artwork is available for sale?
In general, all items on our website are available for sale unless indicated as “sold” . We do check each and every piece of artwork before shipping to ensure that they are in a good condition. In the unfortunate event that the artwork purchased is not available anymore or is in an unsatisfactory condition, we will provide a full refund to you.
What if I cannot find any artwork I like?
We will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect piece. We also work with some artists for unique commissions, so if you are interested in working with a specific artist, please let us know.

Do you ship outside the country?
Yes, we ship outside the Philippines. To manage shipping cost, we ship unframed/rolled. However, if collector prefers, we can ship the artwork framed, shipping cost is paid for by the collector.
What are the available payment options?
Various payment options available for our collectors:
A. Transactions are processed via the payment facilities on the website upon checkout: Credit Card Straight Payment; Zero % interest on either 3 or 6 months installment using BPI or RCBC credit cards
B. GCash
C. Bank deposits either via over the counter or online transfers
D. Other arrangements (coordination with [email protected]): Cash on Delivery, Other deferred/installment plans (Post Dated Checks, etc)
