Her artist statement "ASSERT-UR-ISM" (Assert-Your-"Ism") a therapeutic art, is a form of the movement of art, Assertionism, "Art that has power, asserts, transforms, and transcends" founded by her father Maestro Rene Robles. As an artist herself, she experienced the healing power of art and in her own words, "I ASSERT my own negative inner pain, TRANSFORM it into a work of art I can cherish, and as I share it, it helps me TRANSCEND my struggle as it may also help another! Through my therapeutic art, I want to help empower others who have also gone through mental, physical, and emotional harassment regain their identity and self-love."
