Gerry Joquico

I am a painter who deals with the unseen through the visible. My art is an expression of what I perceive this world to be. It depicts symbolism, and I wanted to involve the viewers to participate and find themselves in the painting itself. Our lives are like roadmaps: perfect and imperfect, beauty with scars reflected in stitches that cured the pain, a moment of fragile bliss, pleasures and treasures in the strokes of this life.
