Jhen Agbay

Jennifer T. Agbay is a professional chemist and former manufacturing executive who successfully transitioned to full-time artistry, fulfilling a lifelong childhood dream.  As a versatile visual artist, she works across multiple styles and mediums, drawing from her deep formulation background to experiment with texture and form.  Since retiring from her corporate executive role in 2023, she has dedicated her time to painting, church service, and actively participating in the vibrant Philippine contemporary art scene.

Corporate Career Summary: Senior Vice President for General Operations & Board Member (2019–2023). Served as an executive-level officer and member of the Board of Directors. Reported directly to the CEO and Chairman of the Board, executing strategic plans aligned with corporate goals. Managed overall manufacturing plant operations, leveraging over 20 years of technical expertise as a Professional Formulator. Availed early retirement in 2023 to pursue full-time creative and community endeavors.
