Biography
Junelito M. Pamat is a 38-year-old artist presently residing in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. Pamat is a teacher by profession and is assigned to Nazareth Elementary School, Pagadian City. He used to be a trainer and coach in poster making, painting, and editorial cartooning. He has also been a member of the Regional Department of Education Illustrator in Region IX, Zamboanga Peninsula, since 2019. He participated in a collaborative mural painting contest by teacher category in the entire DepEd Region IX and got first place in the said contest.
He is a self-taught artist. His passion for the arts started in his childhood days, and as he finished his tertiary education, his interest in and love for the world of the arts grew bigger and deeper. He explored and exercised more in various media by using acrylics and oil paints.
