Des Inosanto is a seasoned, multi-awarded full-time painter. Her subjects mostly revolve around figures, people in their everyday lives, animals, and nature. She is also renowned for her beautiful portraits. Her style leans towards traditional realism, although she is currently experimenting with contemporary techniques.
Des was among the ten artists commissioned to create a large-format painting depicting the history of Quezon City, which is now on display at the Quezon City Hall lobby. She also participated in the creation of a mural featuring the controversial portraits of the late SAF44.
In 2017, Des took part in a group exhibit at the Seattle Center in Washington, organized by the Filipino Cultural Heritage Society of Washington. Her first solo exhibit took place in March 2017 at the Galeria delas Islas in Intramuros, Manila.
