Marjowyn Vito

Marjowyn Vito is an artist based in Makati, Philippines. After launching her art in London in July 2023, she has already participated in 7 art exhibitions and 2 art fairs in various cities in the Philippines, just 4 months after her first exhibition.

Her artwork is easily distinguished by its vibrant and joyful colors, frequently featuring backgrounds adorned with yellow hues that exude warmth. A profusion of captivating colors and textures that embody the essence of the skin, along with the consistent presence of lavender-colored hair, has become an enduring hallmark of her artistic style. While the intent of her play of colors and textures is to instantly catch the eye, a closer look at her artwork tells stories that serve as a source of inspiration.

Marjowyn views painting as her platform to share her advocacies, such as lifelong learning, kindness, and even key issues of our time, such as climate change. She believes that a meaningful message can still be beautifully represented, even when expressed through a palette that exudes joy and happiness.
