Rolando Santillan Zaballero, a 32-year-old self-taught visual artist from Culasi, Antique, has a background in Architectural Drafting and B.S. Architecture from Aklan State University.
His meticulous attention to detail and patience imbue his works with a striking and captivating quality. Incorporating the scenic beauty of his native Antique, Philippines, he finds inspiration to create stunning landscape paintings using oil as his medium.
