Biography
Rosalie Gonzales, a native of Angono born on September 4, 1970, is a graduate of Bachelor of Music, majoring in Flute from the University of the Philippines. She has been a member of the Angono National Symphonic Band, led by National Artist Lucio D. San Pedro, and the Manila Chamber Orchestra based in Makati. In addition to her performances, she also teaches piano, flute, and recorder.
Alongside her passion for music, Sally has a love for drawing, which initially began as a hobby. She attended a summer art workshop in Angono and received lessons from local artists.
Her artistic journey gained momentum when she became the treasurer and later a resident artist of the Mission Team in 2018. This group is dedicated to providing support to selected cancer patients through art exhibits and online selling.
Sally's preferred mediums are graphite and acrylic, and she focuses on portraits and nature in her artwork.
