Conrado is currently a Member of the Board of directors of  Pagadian Artists with Harmonious Interest and Devotion (PAHID), a Pagadian City Artists' Group.

Palicte paints whatever he wants or anything that is inspiring to him. He is a master of realism using Oil painting on Canvas.

At the moment, he paints local vegetables promoting the value of our farm products. Since he was a kid, he already loved arts. Art is his stress reliever and passion. He studied numerous techniques to improve his talents. Being a self-taught artist is not easy, but he is still continuing to learn more about his practice, even pursuing new knowledge from his mentor, Japhet Monsion, a Drafting teacher in my Secondary school
