A Bicolano Artist, born on 1970 in Irigia City, but raised in Legaspi City. He graduated in 1991 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education with a Major in Drafting Technology from Bicol University, Legaspi City.

He ventured to Manila/Rizal to pursue a career as a production artist, visual artist, designer and draftsman. He was also a teacher at Taytay United Methodist Christian School for 22 years and continued his love for art during his free time.

He focuses on the modernist style which depicts Filipino scenes, which uses techniques such as impasto, zentangle, and the use of vibrant colors.
