JB Tabuzo takes great comfort in handling fluids given how less restricting and forgiving it is. He constantly explores the boundless possibilities of adding in familiar mediums to make figures that make sense—taking inspiration from nature, relationships, and life experiences.
When he does illustration pieces, he tries to mix different subjects together - that captures the story behind the subject. He finds himself doing a daily practice of exploring the relationships between subjects from daily life. In 2018, he started making his own silent comics—as the emotions that this medium can give are more intriguing and the reader finds himself on a journey to interpret the story using his/her own experiences.
