Joseph Maturan is a graduate of Fine Arts major in Visual Communication at the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST). After graduating, he spends his time doing his passion, painting. After a long time of exploring several painting styles, he decided to focus on creating abstract art.

His abstracts depict the light and texture of the essence of nature and elements, both living and non-living, and project them with blasts of color.
