Born on February 27, 1963, in Cebu. Patindol’s realistic impression style stems from Filipino influences. His "still life" pieces are hardly still as they imbue realistic touches seen in layers and textures carefully put together.
He uses oil, acrylic, and occasionally pastel as mediums for his works of art. He is part of the Tanay Artists Group and has joined several exhibits and one-man shows, one at Gallerie Y, Heritage Art Gallery, and Club Filipino.
Raul's pieces have formed part of the collections of avid collectors and galleries here and abroad.

His niche is Still Life paintings where he sets his work into weaving layers and layers of textures and memories on iconic Filipiniana treasures. His passion for the intricate has blessed him with an eye for rich detail, which is evidently translated into his works.
He has participated in countless exhibits where he has amassed a substantial following over the years.
