Resty P. Cagayat is also known as CaResty. He is a novice painter born on September 3, 1994, in Paete, Laguna, the Carving Capital of the Philippines.

He introduced works with the theme of "Pinay Beauty Anytime." He makes use of vibrant and intense colors to bring a new twist to Filipiniana dresses. CaResty learned to paint when his brother, Bogie Cagayat, taught him and made him his apprentice. He was inspired by the artworks of BenCab and Fernando Amorsolo since he was a kid.
